User help

User help can provide online support and answer general queries relating to NUS (including NUS Cards, discount information and membership). You will find a contact form at the foot of each help topic within our help section. Please ensure you have checked through the frequently asked questions presented there, before you use the form to contact us.

User help are unable to provide advice on specific queries relating to education, welfare or fianance, please contact your local students' union for advice and support in these areas. Alternatively contact NUS Head Office via the email address below.
